Return & Refund Policy – Purevine Nutrition

At Purevine Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process.

Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at kd.singh@live.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The process usually takes up to 10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
