Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
